Manifestation isn't the spell you cast-It's the one you lift
Welcome to Studio Blue!
The First Four Weeks

When you steward the body you've already been given, you send a signal to the universe: I can be trusted with abundance. I can be trusted with this beautiful meat suit, and I can be trusted with everything else I desire - the dream home, the dream bank account, the dream relationship, and everything in between. I don't just want abundance. I'm rehearsing how to receive it.

The First Four Weeks

Rehearse the body you want to manifest.

Your body is the most honest example of the habits you practice. Think about the person you're becoming - the healthy, strong, energized version of you.

What does that person do in the morning? What do they put on their plate? How do they move their body? How do they make choices when life gets busy?

Those little decisions aren't random. They're rehearsals.

And the more you repeat them, the less they feel like something you're trying to do and the more they become part of who you are.

That's what The First Four Weeks are for.

Over 28 days, you'll start building the foundations of a healthier, stronger you.

  • Nourish: Learn how to build a nutritious plate that supports your goals.
  • Move: Understand the basics of strength training and begin practicing them.
  • Recover: Give your body the rest and recovery it needs.
  • Repeat: Build consistency through small, intentional actions you can return to.

I'll lay out the plan. You bring the practice.

You don't have to become a completely different person overnight. You just have to start rehearsing the habits of the person you're becoming.
